Nudgee College Class of 1962

Peter Cleary's wife, Elizabeth's (nee McKillop) Great Grand Father (from Scotland) was the brother of Mary McKillop's Grand Father.
Elizabeth and their three daughters are taking Scrooge to Rome for the Canonization on October 17th 2010.
Will anyone else be there as you may like to catch up for a coffee.
If you get a communication from Peter he is now flourishing it with Italian!!!
But Jim Wheatley, who has just returned from 3 months studying advanced  Italian, is more modest and may be giving Scrooge some lessons in the very  near future!!!
 

How special is that to be related to our very first Saint...
 
We will be over there between the 28th Sept and 3rd Oct. Sadly we miss the big event. We booked only two months before the date was announced and it was too late to rearrange our travel.
 
Hope the Cleary family enjoy a wonderful time in Roma (Rome to us Aussies)
