 Special Notice

As a courtesy to the members of the Nudgee Class of 1962, we wish to inform you that, very shortly, there will be a final appeal for the return of Feedback forms for our commemorative class book.
We have spoken to the printers and there is much to do to keep to our time-line so that the book is available for the 2012 Reunion. We therefore need to start formatting the book’s chapters soon. This cannot be commenced until we know the number of pages required for the ‘What happened to them’ section.
This being the case we thought it necessary to remind all possible contributors that we shall soon send out a FINAL NOTICE. This final notice will give you a two week opportunity to send in your form, after that, unfortunately, it will not be possible to include late submissions.
Listed on the back of this notice are the names of those who have contributed to date. We thank them for the return of their forms. All will enhance interest in our book and will be a great primary source for future historians. We also have managed to record the obituaries of some of our deceased class mates and their names are also listed on the back. Our thanks go to those people who have helped us in this regard.
If you have not yet sent in your feedback form, we encourage you to do so now, rather than leave it until later and miss out. We would like to have as many of our class Mates in Our Book as possible, so if you see that one of your mates is missing from the list, please give him a gentle reminder.
To assist you to place your page in the chapter “What happened to them”, you have the following options:
1. Complete the Feedback form sent out previously. Both paper and electronic format is available on request if you’ve misplaced your copy.
2. Telephone through your contribution to Jim or Bob.
3. Complete your contribution in your own words, using the feedback form as a guide, and post or email your document (word format).
We would like to thank everyone who has contributed to Our Book so far with feedback forms, photos and class stories plus those who are actively chasing up their class mates. This is “Our Book”; it will be a book you can be proud of.
